The project MediaDoc Document Management Processes and Workflow was developed in partnership with INESC (National Engineering Computer North) and supported by the Agency for Innovation.
We received many contributions of our customers and employees who have made us feel their needs and future vision.

MediaDoc is a system working with two possible ways:

MediaDoc Web for easy access.
The best solution database management for the service sector (law firms, solicitors).
The MediaDoc can make the Document Management Administrative Department, scanning or documents received in paper or electronic communications, indexing, organizing so that information is easily searchable.
The MediaDoc can make the Management Procedure of an office in the area of justice, covering either the Document Management work processes with the authorities, participants, schedule of employees, tasks necessary to process and Process Financial Management with configurable operating reports and easy search.
